These are great for casual days, but I would not recommend for sports, exercising or any time you need to do a lot of movement and physical work. I wouldn't recommend if you like to have a very tight hijab because these will eventually start to slide as you move a lot, speak, turn your head.
I do like these for special events, short events, Zoom meetings, etc. They'd probably work great for the office too.
