a.  I got a refund.  How long does it take for the funds to show up in my account?

b.  I received my order and I am not satisfied with something.  Can I return a product or products or get a replacement?

  • Your satisfaction is always guaranteed.  Send us an e-mail with your reason and order number as soon as possible.  Once approved, you can mail the return with the address provided on the package and provide us with the tracking number.  Please do not return until you get an approval e-mail.
